The small village of LIDICE situated close to Prague had the same history as several other towns during the IInd World War (e.g.Oradure sur Glane in France, etc.). You will have the chance to see what happened here during June 1942 and could have the chance to meet and speak with the witnesses of that cruel event (you have to demand us before to arrange the meeting). You can browse through the new village of LIDICE – newly reconstructed after 1946. LIDICE keeps the friendship with other places in Europe of the same destiny.
